Moving Companies

Seasonal Demand
Kills Us.

From late spring through summer, and at every month-end, your phone rings more than your crews can answer. Then it goes quiet. We set up your profile, ads and call answering so you book the right moves in peak season and keep some coming in the slow months.

Where Moves Slip Away

Here's what moving company owners tell us first.

Month-End Calls Ring Out

At month-end, every crew is out and the office line won't stop. Someone with a lease ending wants a date confirmed now, and voicemail sends them to the next mover. Our AI voice agent picks up, takes the move date, addresses and home size, and can book the estimate.

Quotes for People Not Moving

Plenty of quote requests come from people with no move date and no idea how much stuff they have. We set up your quote form and voice agent to ask for date, home size, stairs or elevator and distance first, so you spot a real move before sending an estimator.

Winter Goes Quiet

After summer and the fall month-ends, local residential moves slow down, but truck payments don't. We shift ad budget toward moves that happen year-round, like office moves, downsizing, storage and long-distance moves tied to job transfers, and pull spend back in peak season when you're full.

Customers Afraid of Bad Movers

Your customers have heard the stories: a cheap phone quote, then a much bigger bill on moving day with their furniture still on the truck. So they read reviews closely and look for real trucks. We reply to every review, post crew and truck photos and keep your profile current.

Long-Distance Leads Go Elsewhere

Someone moving to another province or state searches, and the top results are often lead sites that pass their details to several movers at once. We build pages on your site for the routes you run and put long-distance ads on those terms, so they reach the company with the trucks.

Ads Showing for Truck Rentals

Your ads show for 'moving truck rental', 'free moving boxes' and 'mover jobs'. Those people want a rental, cardboard or a paycheck, not a crew. We block those searches, split local from long-distance, and track calls and quote forms so you see which keywords book moves.

How We Keep Your Trucks Booked

Each piece covers a step, from someone typing 'movers near me' to an estimate on your calendar.

Google Business Profile Setup

We pick categories that match your work, including storage if you offer it, and list each service: local and long-distance moves, packing, piano moves and office moves. Truck, crew and storage photos go up regularly, with the town named. Posts push off-season services and open dates near month-end. Hours and special hours stay accurate, so nobody calls a closed office on a holiday.

Google Ads by Move Type

Separate campaigns for local, long-distance and commercial moves, because a one-bedroom across town and a cross-country move need different budgets and ads. We time spend around your peak and month-end, block truck-rental and box searches, and track calls and quote forms to the keyword. When your crews are booked solid, we turn spend down instead of buying calls you can't take.

Local Services Ads, Where Offered

Where Google offers Local Services Ads for movers in your area, they show above the regular search ads and you pay per lead, not per click. We handle the screening, set your service area and job types, and flag spam and out-of-area leads. Your reviews and how fast you answer affect how they rank, so we pair them with the AI voice agent.

AI Voice Agent for Quote Calls

The agent answers when the office is swamped or closed and handles common questions from a script you approve, like whether you do storage. It takes the details a quote needs: move date, from and to, home size, stairs or elevator and big items like a piano. It can book the in-home or video estimate into your calendar, then sends you a summary.

A Quote Form Built for Moves

Your quote form asks for move date, home size, both addresses and special items, so your estimator starts with a real picture instead of a name and a number. We add pages for local moves, packing, storage and the long-distance routes you run most. Your phone number stays at the top of every screen for people who'd rather call than type.

Review Replies and Crew Photos

People are handing you everything they own, so they read reviews before they call. We reply to every review in your voice, including the damage complaint, and post photos of your crews. A calm reply to a bad review shows the next customer how you handle problems.

What People Search Before They Book

A lease ending Friday and a cross-country move next summer are different searches.

Moving This Week

movers near me last minute movers [city] same day movers moving help this weekend [city] small move movers near me

These people need a crew on a set date. Your Business Profile, call-focused ads and Local Services Ads, where Google offers them for movers in your area, catch the search. The voice agent answers and books the estimate.

Comparing Quotes by Home Size

2 bedroom apartment movers cost 3 bedroom house movers [city] movers price per hour [city] moving company quote how much do movers cost [city]

These shoppers are lining up prices. A quote form that asks for home size and move date, reviews they can read and ads on cost terms bring them to you. Rate guidance on your site, if you want it, filters out poor fits.

Long-Distance and Storage

long distance movers [city] movers from [city] to [city] cross country moving company moving and storage [city] storage between homes

These moves get planned weeks ahead. Route pages on your site, a storage page and long-distance campaigns catch them. We track them apart from local moves, so you see what a long-distance lead costs next to one across town.

What We Track for Movers

A quote request isn't a booked move. These numbers show whether trucks are filling.

Quote Requests by Move Type

Local, long-distance, commercial and storage requests are tracked separately, because each costs a different amount to win and fills your calendar differently. We report them side by side.

Estimates Booked From Calls

How many calls became an in-home or video estimate on your calendar. If calls go up and estimates don't, the problem is call handling, not the ads.

Cost per Booked Move

We work back from moves you actually booked, using what you tell us each month. That tells you whether an ad dollar paid for itself, which cost per click never will.

Requested Move Dates

When people say they're moving, not when they called. If spring calls are for July moves, your peak is filling early, so we shift spend toward dates you still have open.

Month-End and Weekend Calls

Calls in the last week of the month and on weekends, and how many the voice agent answered. That's when a missed call is most likely to cost you a date.

Reviews and Reply Time

New reviews each month, your rating and how fast each gets a reply. An unanswered damage complaint is one of the first things a nervous customer reads.

Your First Few Months

What we work on in each stretch, timed to your season.

1
Week 1

Audit and Tracking In

We go through your profile, website, ads and how quote calls get answered. Categories and services get fixed and call and form tracking goes in. We also ask how you price local versus long-distance, what your crews can handle and which months you need help filling.

2
Weeks 2 to 3

Ads and Call Answering Live

Local, long-distance and commercial campaigns go live, timed to your peak and month-end. The voice agent gets your approved script and estimate calendar. Where Google offers Local Services Ads for movers in your area, we start the screening. Ads can start producing calls in the first week or two.

3
Month 2

Quote Form, Pages and Photos

Your quote form gets the questions that matter: date, home size, addresses and stairs. Storage and long-distance route pages go up on your site. Truck and crew photos go on your profile, and we reply to every review. Truck-rental and job-seeker searches get blocked as we find them.

Month 3 and on

Plan Around the Season

A profile usually takes a couple of months to climb. From here we push spend ahead of your peak, pull back when you're booked, and lean on office moves, storage and long-distance in slow months. Your monthly report shows calls, estimates booked and cost per booked move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help us book moves in the off-season?

We can't create moves, but we can chase the ones still happening. People move in winter for new jobs, house sales and downsizing, and offices move year-round. We shift budget to those searches and spend less when demand drops. On our top plan, Facebook and Instagram ads can promote off-season rates too.

Should we post our prices on the website?

That's your call, and we'll build it either way. Some movers show an hourly rate by crew size or a starting price by home size, which filters out poor fits. Others quote everything after a walkthrough. If you publish prices, we keep them on one page so they're easy to change.

Can the voice agent give quotes?

It can share whatever you put in the approved script, like hourly rates or minimums. Pricing a specific move stays with your estimator. It takes the move date, addresses, home size and special items, books the in-home or video estimate into your calendar and sends you a summary.

Do Local Services Ads work for moving companies?

Where Google offers Local Services Ads for movers in your area, they can be a good fit: you pay per lead and they show above the other ads. Availability varies by country and city, so we check yours on the first call. If they aren't offered, search ads and your profile do that job.

How do you handle long-distance versus local?

Almost like two businesses in one account. Local moves get ads around your city and nearby towns, timed to month-end and weekends. Long-distance gets its own campaigns, route pages and tracking, so you can see what each kind of lead costs and decide where the money goes.

Most of our work comes from referrals. Why add this?

Keep the referrals. You just can't turn them up when the calendar has gaps. Google brings in people with no realtor or friend to ask. We'd start with your profile and reviews, since referred customers often look you up before calling, and add ads only where you have open dates.

How soon will we see more booked moves?

Ads can start producing calls in the first week or two once tracking and call answering are set up. A Business Profile usually takes a couple of months to climb, and route pages longer. Start a month or two before peak season so the ads have data when the busy weeks hit.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime, which suits a business that's slammed in summer and quiet in winter. Your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account stay in your name. We're added as a manager, so if you leave, the history and reviews stay with you. You'd just remove us.
