Contractors & Home Services

"My Phone Doesn't
Ring Enough."

Homeowners with a leak or a dead furnace call the first few companies on Google and hire whoever picks up. We get roofers, HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, painters, landscaping crews, general contractors and tow operators onto that short list, then make sure the call gets answered.

Where Contractor Leads Leak Out

We hear these from trades owners, usually from the truck between jobs.

Calls Ring Out on the Job

You're on a roof, under a sink or hooking up a car on the shoulder when the phone buzzes. By the time you call back, they've hired someone else. Our AI voice agent answers, asks what the job is and where, books the estimate and sends you a summary.

Missing From the Map

A homeowner searches 'furnace repair near me' and Google shows a few businesses on a map. Plenty of people never scroll past them. We fix your categories, list every service you do, add real job photos and post regularly, so Google knows your trade and towns.

Ad Spend on DIY Searches

Your ads show for 'how to fix a leaky faucet', 'roofer salary' and 'shingle prices'. Those clicks cost the same as a homeowner with water coming through the ceiling. We block DIY, job and supply searches, split ads by service and track calls so you see which keywords book work.

Busy Season, Then Nothing

Roofers and landscaping crews slow down when the snow comes. HVAC gets slammed in the first heat wave and cold snap. Plumbers hear about frozen pipes in January. We shift ad budget and posts toward the work people need that month, like furnace tune-ups in fall or roof checks after hail.

Reviews Gone Stale

Your newest review is from a deck you built ages ago, and the company down the road gets new ones every week. Homeowners notice, and so does Google. We help you ask when the job's done and the customer's happy, and we reply to every review in your voice.

Paying for Shared Leads

You buy leads from a home-service directory and find out several other contractors got the same name and number. Now it's a race to call first and quote lowest. We build lead sources you own: your profile, your ads, your website and, for roofers, an instant estimate tool.

How We Fill Your Schedule

We usually start with your profile and phone answering, then add ads.

Google Business Profile Work

We set your categories around the work you want more of, so a roofer who also does gutters shows up for both. Every service gets listed and described. We post job photos with the town named, keep holiday hours right and reply to every review.

Google Ads Split by Service

Search ads for the jobs you actually want. Campaigns are split by service, so furnace repair, AC installs and water heaters each get their own ads and their own landing page. We block searches from DIYers, job seekers and supply shoppers, track calls and forms back to the keyword, and schedule ads so emergency work shows at night and remodel ads don't.

Local Services Ads Setup

Where Google offers Local Services Ads for your trade in your area, they sit above the regular ads and you pay per lead, not per click. We handle the screening paperwork, set your service area and job types, and flag spam and out-of-area leads. Reviews and answer speed affect where you show, so we pair them with the AI voice agent.

AI Voice Agent for the Truck

When you can't pick up, the agent does. It answers with your company name, handles common questions from a script you approve, like which towns you cover or whether you charge for estimates, and takes the caller's name, address and what's wrong. It can book the estimate into your calendar, then sends you a summary so you know who to call back first.

RoofQuote for Roofers

Homeowners want a number before they hand over a phone number. RoofQuote sits on your website: they type their address, see their roof on satellite and get an estimate built from your own rates for each material. For the detailed PDF, they enter their contact details, and you get the lead. 20+ roofing companies run RoofQuote, and the final measurement still happens on site.

Pages for Each Service and Town

One page for each service and each town you want work in, with your number at the top of every screen and a short estimate form. Real job photos, not stock shots. Someone who clicks an ad for water heater replacement lands on a page about water heaters, with your reviews beside the form, not on a homepage about everything you do.

What Homeowners Type Into Google

Someone with water on the floor searches differently than someone pricing next spring's roof.

Something Broke Today

emergency plumber near me furnace not working [city] roof leak repair [city] electrician open now tow truck near me

These callers want someone today and pick from the first few names. Local Services Ads, where Google offers them for your trade in your area, and call-focused ads put you there. The voice agent answers when you can't.

Pricing a Bigger Job

roof replacement cost [city] new furnace quote [city] house painters [city] reviews basement renovation contractor [city] metal roof vs shingles cost

These people read reviews and look at photos before calling. Your Business Profile, a page for each service and, for roofers, RoofQuote's instant estimate give them a reason to pick you. Ads on cost and quote terms reach the ones still shopping.

Planning for Next Season

signs you need a new roof how long does a furnace last panel upgrade for ev charger landscaping design [city] when to paint house exterior

These searches come weeks or months before the job. We answer them with articles and FAQs on your website and posts on your profile, so your name is familiar when they're ready. It's slower work that runs alongside ads.

What We Track for Your Trade

Clicks don't pay for a truck. Booked work does, so that's what we measure.

Calls by Service

A new furnace call and a 'do you clean ducts' call aren't worth the same. We tag each call by the ad or page it came from.

Missed and After-Hours Calls

Calls that came in while you were on a roof or home for the night, and what the voice agent did with each. That's work that was slipping past.

Cost per Booked Estimate

A lead that never books an estimate is just a phone call. We work back from estimates actually booked, using your calendar or what you tell us each month.

Search Terms Behind Ad Clicks

Every week we read the searches your ads showed for and block the DIY, job-hunting and supply-store ones. That list is where wasted spend shows up first.

Profile Calls and Website Clicks

Google reports how many people called or visited your site from your Business Profile. We track it monthly against the category, photo and post work we did.

Reviews and Reply Time

New reviews each month, your rating and how fast each got a reply. Local Services Ads and the map both weigh reviews, so we watch this as closely as ad spend.

Your First Few Months

What we do in each stretch while things ramp up.

1
Week 1

Audit and Fix the Basics

We go through your Business Profile, website, ad account and how calls get answered while you're on a job. Categories and services get corrected, call and form tracking goes in, and we flag the DIY and job-seeker searches you've been paying for. You get a short, plain list of what we found.

2
Weeks 2 to 3

Ads and Phone Coverage Live

Search ads go live by service, and Local Services Ads screening starts where Google offers them for your trade in your area. The voice agent gets your approved script and calendar. Ads can start producing calls in the first week or two, so we read search terms closely.

3
Month 2

Pages, Photos and Reviews

Service and town pages go up on your site, job photos and posts go on your profile, and you get a simple way to ask happy customers for reviews. Roofers get RoofQuote on the site. We cut keywords that bring calls for work you don't do.

4
Month 3 and on

Tune Toward Booked Work

A profile usually takes a couple of months to climb, so map changes tend to show around here. We move budget toward services that book, adjust for your busy and slow seasons and send a monthly report with calls, cost per booked estimate and what we're changing next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with owner-operators and small crews?

Yes. Most of the setup assumes an owner who's on the tools all day. The voice agent answers when you can't, the monthly report is short, and you approve changes by text or email, not in meetings. If you have an office manager, we loop them in too.

I'm already running Google Ads. Will you start over?

Not unless it needs it. We start with the search terms report, since it shows what you've been paying for. If the structure is sound, we add negatives and call tracking and keep the history. If furnace repair and duct cleaning share one ad group, we rebuild. The account stays yours either way.

Should I run Local Services Ads or regular search ads?

Where Google offers Local Services Ads for your trade in your area, they're often worth trying first: you pay per lead and they show above other ads. You get little say over keywords, though. Search ads let you pick jobs, like 'tankless water heater install' over 'leaky tap'. Running both often makes sense.

What does the AI voice agent say to callers?

It answers with your company name and works from a script you approve: which towns you cover, what services you offer, whether estimates are free. It takes the caller's name, number, address and problem, can book an estimate into your calendar and sends you a summary after the call.

How fast will the phone start ringing?

Ads can start producing calls in the first week or two, once tracking is in and the voice agent is answering. Local Services Ads wait on Google's screening. A Business Profile usually takes a couple of months to climb, and website pages longer. Each month we tell you what we did.

I'm a roofer. Do I need RoofQuote?

Not to run ads. It's an instant estimate tool for your website: a homeowner enters their address, sees their roof on satellite and gets a price range from your own rates. For the full PDF, they give you their contact details, which is how you get the lead. 20+ roofing companies run it.

Does this work for towing companies?

Yes, and towing is almost all phone. People search 'tow truck near me' from the roadside and call the first number that looks open. We keep your hours, area and categories right, run call-focused ads where you tow, and set the voice agent to take the caller's location and vehicle details when every truck is out.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime, so you're not locked into a plan through a slow winter. Your Google Business Profile and Google Ads account stay in your name. We're added as a manager, so if you leave, the campaigns, call history and reviews stay with you.
